Delicious pasta salad with olives and tomatoes - quickly prepared
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 200g pasta, e.g., penne
- 200g vegetables, e.g., tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, olives, capers ...
- approx. 4 tbsp favorite Vegannett spread
- approx. 2 tbsp oat milk
- Herbs, e.g., parsley or arugula
Preparation
- Cook pasta
- Cut vegetables
- Mix Vegannett spread with a little oat milk (adjust quantity to taste and consistency)
- Chop herbs
- Mix everything together
