Delicious pasta salad with olives and tomatoes - quickly prepared


Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 200g pasta, e.g., penne
  • 200g vegetables, e.g., tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, olives, capers ...
  • approx. 4 tbsp favorite Vegannett spread
  • approx. 2 tbsp oat milk
  • Herbs, e.g., parsley or arugula

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta
  2. Cut vegetables
  3. Mix Vegannett spread with a little oat milk (adjust quantity to taste and consistency)
  4. Chop herbs
  5. Mix everything together
