Organic Bread Spread Mediterranean Tomato with Hemp Seeds

In our tomato basil spread with hemp, sun-ripened tomatoes combine with intensely flavored basil and the texture of crushed hemp seeds to create a robustly Mediterranean creation.

We process regional organic hemp from Saxony and shelled hemp seeds from Austria.

The tomato is a plant species from the nightshade family. It is closely related to the potato, pepper, and eggplant.

It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, C, E, niacin, secondary plant compounds, as well as minerals, especially potassium and trace elements.

Basil is also known as basil herb or royal herb. It is a valuable spice plant from the mint family. Basil was cultivated as a spice, medicinal, and ornamental plant in ancient India as early as around 1000 BC.
