Halve the whole-grain toast and lightly toast it until golden brown and crispy.
- Spread both halves generously with Vegannett Summer Carrot.
- Wash the lettuce and pat it dry. Prepare raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and plums (sliced thinly).
