- Vegannett Summer Carrot
- Mushrooms
- 1 eggplant
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- Onions
- Onions
- Zucchini
- Rosemary
- Cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
👩🍳 Preparation

Cut all ingredients into approximately equal pieces; halve the tomatoes.
- Thread them alternately onto the skewers.
- Separate the rosemary from the branch, chop finely, and mix thoroughly with Vegannett and oil until everything forms a homogeneous mixture (it should be liquid!). Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Brush the skewers generously with the oil-Vegannett mix.
- Bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes, until nicely browned.
- Alternatively, simply pan-fry them.
